Job description

Remote Work: Hybrid

Overview:
At Zebra, we extend the edge of possibility by shaping the future of work on the front line—reinventing how businesses run and moving society forward.

We are a community of changemakers, innovators and doers who come together to deliver a performance edge to the front line of business. We develop new technologies and create new solutions with partners to help organizations act with greater visibility, connectivity, and intelligence—delivering better experiences for workers and those they serve.

Being a part of Zebra means being seen, heard, valued, and respected as you define your path to a fulfilling career. Here, you'll have opportunities to learn and lead at a leading company, and you can channel your skills towards causes that you and the Zebra community care about, locally, and globally.

Together, we've only begun to define the edge of what's possible—for our people, our customers, and the world.

Get ready to flex your commercial muscles as you grow our product portfolio revenue in the EMEA. You'll be using sustainable, scalable and programmatic methods to boost our bottom line. You'll be evaluating, enhancing, and segmenting our commercial propositions to skyrocket sales in a competitive channel. Plus, you'll be developing and delivering fresh ways to take to market our product portfolios to unlock new revenue streams.

Responsibilities:

  • You'll be the go-to person, the evangelist, the driving force behind your assigned portfolio(s) across the EMEA. You'll manage products from inception to end of sale.
  • You'll be the voice of the region to the corporate Business Unit (BU) and make sure we have the right products in the mix to stay competitive, win market share, and drive year-on-year (yoy) revenue growth.
  • You'll create sustainable and scalable strategies to outpace market growth rates for your portfolio.
  • You'll support our selling community (both in-house and external) to find and win deals.
  • You'll own the portfolio strategy for the Routes to Market (RTM) and Go to Market (GTM) across different sub-regions within the EMEA, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and sales to make the plan happen.
  • You'll understand the unique needs of each sub-region/country and build flexible programs and propositions that can be tailored to each market.
  • You'll keep an eye on the competition (especially those non-traditional competitors) to understand their strategies for growth in the region and devise proactive activities to stay ahead.
  • You'll explore alternative routes to market and, if applicable, build and execute plans to utilize them.
  • You'll ensure we have strong commercial propositions to and through the channel, including margin stacks.
  • You'll focus on driving frictionless smaller everyday business (aka run rate) to grow the business. You'll develop promotions and programs to expand the portfolios and hit revenue targets.
  • You'll support our end user project business in conjunction with sales through impact teams to ensure that the account team has the right winning formula for your products.

Qualifications:

  • Professional with 5yrs+ in a B2B technology channel environment
  • Bachelors degree, ideally in a business or marketing discipline with some technical experience
  • High levels of energy and drive with a willingness to challenge the status quo
  • Clear understanding of a channel centric business

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Demonstrable ability to converse, influence and present to senior management
  • Significant experience of building pricing models and structures for products in a multi-regional and channel centric business
  • Demonstrable experience of RTM and GTM approaches, their dynamics and their complex interplay across an EMEA region
  • Ability to negotiate, influence and have persistence to get things done
  • Clarity of thinking and vision with a constant curiosity to challenge the status quo
  • Keen prioritization and self-organizational skills
