Hybrid role that would be ideal for an experienced civils Project Manager.
Position will be working for a worldwide award winning Building Management Company delivering Mechanical and Electrical civils projects within commercial buildings.
- £55000 - £60,000 pa
- £5,000 car allowance
- Superb company benefits allowance, holiday pay and excellent good company pension
- Hybrid Role
- Monday to Friday
Purpose of Role:
Carrying out civils project management of mechanical and electrical projects within the South East of England
Essential Candidate Requirements:
- Very good project management experience
- Very good time served experience of delivering Mechanical and Electrical projects
- Budget Management experience
- Very good experience of developing and maintaining client relationships
£55,000 - £60,000 pa plus £5,000 pa car allowance and fantastic benefits package.
