Requirement: Regional Projects Manager (EV)
Location: North West
Package: Up to £80k (Dependant on experience) + car / car allowance + bens
To provide operational support with bids and contracts to ensure robust pricing, risk management and governance
To manage all activities associated with EV infrastructure projects including Independent Connections Provider (ICP) activities in line with our NERS accreditation
To monitor and manage the performance of direct staff, agency staff and subcontractors with respect to the required standards of Health and Safety, Quality and the Environment
To be an affective negotiator internally and externally at levels up to Senior Manager level
To provide operational support in the procurement of all sub-contractors, suppliers
To ensure the timely production and document control of all as built and progress records for any contracts that the role is responsible for
Provide leadership and guidance to the project team members, and foster a positive team culture
Ensure instructed projects are tracked and managed against key milestones through to completion to facilitate accurate forecasting of work and resources
To plan, recruit and co-ordinate all operational resources for current and future works
To ensure all company and client processes are followed to minimise WIP (outstanding cash) and keep WIP within the contract and business targets
Maximise revenue and profit from the EV infrastructure projects through identifying opportunities for cost savings and/or additional chargeable activities
