Salary Are you an experienced Regional Manager with a keen eye for detail, we are working with a national client who are looking for a Regional Quality Improvement Lead to join their inclusive and friendly team. This full-time role is based in and around Scotland and offers an attractive salary of up to 63,000 plus great bonus, benefits package as well as company car.
as a Regional Quality Improvement Lead you will be Reporting to the Regional Director, you will support Home Managers and Area Directors by leading the delivery of the best health and care experience for residents in your area.
You will also be responsible for:
Providing hands-on support to Home Managers to achieve the best health and care experience for residents.Delivering the company's vision and mission of being the kindest care home provider and the number one care homeWorking systematically with Home Manager, Deputy Managers and SSQIs to develop and deliver each Home's action plan for all internal and external inspections.Developing positive relationships with commissioners and external professionals and the delivery of clinical quality training across your area.
To succeed in this role, you should have need:
To be a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin.Experience managing multiple services at once.Experienced understanding of Ci regulationsProof of Management experience with Good or Very Good Ci inspectionsSVQ Level 5
