My client is a leading provider of healthcare services covering the UK & Ireland. The business is going through a huge period of growth and we are looking to hire a Regional Recruitment Business Partner (Telford) on a permanent basis.
This role will work as part of the inhouse recruitment team to lead the sourcing and onboarding of care workers for various branches in Telford.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a business who are recognised as a leader in their sector and support their next phase of growth. Responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing care workers for temporary and permanent roles in an agreed region
- Managing stakeholders, working closely with hiring managers to understand and supply hiring requirements
- Managing the search, selection, interviewing and onboarding process end to end
- Ensuring service delivery within your region
- Managing a team of 2
Experience Required:
- The successful candidate will have previous inhouse recruitment experience at a similar level
- Volume hiring experience preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- People management experience beneficial but not 100% essential if leadership
- Full driving license required for site visits

Starting salary up to 43k dependent on experience
