Unique Skills:
This position will support our sales executives based in the Middle East and London, UK. Candidate should have a thorough knowledge of cultural customs, shipping complexities, business practices, and behavior styles relative to the UK, Middle East, Europe, India, and Africa. Some experience planning and setting up events is preferred as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Job Description
- Under supervision, prepares customer proposals reflecting accurate pricing, updated brand aesthetics and timely presentation of production aircraft available for sale .
- Under supervision, prepares various supporting sales documents including aircraft deal sheets, technical data such as cost of operations and range maps, sales contracts and financial payment schedules. Assists with sales document reconciliation and review, checking for accuracy and consistency .
- Within CRM, maintains and validates customer information for actively engaged accounts facilitating aircraft sales .
- Works closely with Regional Sales Specialists, sales executives and internal partners to set up customer visits. Provides background research on the customer/company for internal participants in preparation for the meeting. Submits and validates visit information within CRM .
- Under supervision, generates appropriate CRM system output requests on behalf of the assigned sales division, vetting information and proofing marketing campaign mailings in support of the division’s sales objectives .
- Uses market research tools to research, confirm and verify customer and prospect information for actively engaged accounts in CRM .
- Arranges flight demonstration activity on behalf of sales executives, coordinating with Sales Resource Allocation Manager for availability and Flight Operations for execution. Monitors approval process and provides updates within CRM .
- Performs various support services including making travel arrangements, maintaining calendars, updating team dashboards, and screening calls .
- Researches and responds to sales related web and print inquiries as directed by Sales Specialists and Sales Executives .
- Under supervision, executes direct mail activities to include, but not limited to: customer correspondence, brochures, premiums, campaigns, and invitations .
- Tracks assigned sales division metrics such as division expenditures, opportunities, sign-ups, premiums, demonstration activity, sales visits, regional events, collateral mailings and deliveries .
- Participates in team meetings, including briefing, planning and debriefing meetings, web and phone conferences as directed .
- Travels as required. to support meetings, training and events .
- Must be available as needed outside scheduled work shift, due to domestic or international sales demands .
- CRM systems proficiency preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, professional business-like verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, follow-up and prioritization skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of international cultures, customs and time zones is desired.
