Regional Sales Manager

The successful Regional Sales Managerwill manage the sales of the company's recycling services within the designated territory and/or accounts.

This role involves;

• To manage the Regional Sales team to ensure all agreed targets and objectives are achieved.
• Control the raw material supply chain to ensure compliance with legal requirements and to maintain the appropriate revenue and quality objectives.
• Ensure that PAS 110 digestate compliance is maintained and oversee the 3rd party digestate contractors.
• Maintain contact with existing customers, monitor trading levels and maximise opportunities for additional business.

To be successful in this role of Regional Sales Managerwe would love to speak to anyone who has experience of:

• Good formal education - A-Level educated minimum.
• Full UK Driving Licence and ability and willingness to travel, when required.
• Be experienced in new business sales within a B2B environment and be experienced in providing support to a field sales team.
• Previous management experience.
• Be able to engage with customers and build strong, commercial relationships across a range of organisations and contact levels.
