Regional Sales Manager
ECLISSE UK Ltd are a leading supplier of innovative, strong and reliable metal frame door systems. From pocket door systems that are increasingly being used by architects and designers to create more usable space and layout options to concealed frame hinged door frames including a prestigious Red Dot award winning design. In an exciting 5-year plan, we are seeking to leverage this advantage and double our revenue in five years. This appointment will play a crucial role in this success.
Regional Sales Manager Daily responsibilities:

Identify and develop untapped sectors
* Develop and build new business relationships and validate existing and evolving requirements
* Ensure that prospective clients' needs are understood accurately and comprehensively and that these are communicated consistently to internal stakeholders.
* Work with Customer Service Team and Business Development Team to generate leads and convert them into new business
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders in the region
* Ensure that we are in receipt of all relevant tenders for our chosen products/sectors, and provide commercial lead in submissions generated by Senior Project Consultants.
* Negotiate agreements and close sales opportunities successfully.
* Work with Senior Project Consultants to ensure we are on preferred supplier lists for contractors.
Regional Sales Manager Role requirements:

* Organised and calm under pressure, friendly, approachable and flexible – a team player.
* Professional, proactive, positive, enthusiastic.
* Willing to travel. Travel will be an essential part of this role, clean driving license required. Staying away from home may be necessary on occasions to meet with the UK role demands
Nice to Have EXPERIENCE:
* Experience of Selling into architectural Ironmongers
* Experience of selling to public sector
* Experience of building relationships with large architect practices and existing contact list
* Experience of breaking tender specifications
* Existing contacts within large builder’s merchants/door suppliers
