Regional Sales Trainee

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Sales Trainee to join a leading manufacturer and distributor of light metal construction solutions and access products in their sales academy. They specialise in: Industrial stairs and platforms Ladders and scaffold towers Fall protection solutions Duties & Responsibilities: The Sales Trainee will be responsible for working as part of a trainee sales team to build customer and product knowledge in the South East region. Shadowing various staff members, attending meetings and workshops. Gathering market information, demonstrations and producing store layout plans. Maintaining competitor knowledge. Compiling of monthly reports. Making the most of brand awareness in each store. Experience & Skills needed: This is a entry level sales role, suitable for someone early on in their sales career or a graduate wanting to take the next step into a role with huge progression opportunities. Experience with Microsoft Office. Ability to build excellent relationships. Excellent communication skills. Able to travel across East Anglia. In return: Basic salary starting at £23k Uncapped commission. £25k OTE Remote flexible field based role. Company car and fuel card. 25 days holiday a year, and company pension.
