We are delighted to be working with our client, in the Midsomer Norton area, who have an opportunity for a Regional Service Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
What will you be doing?
You will be joining a busy regional office – part of a wider network – leading a team to ensure a high standard of service is provided to customers for repair and maintenance works.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Undertaking responsibility for day-to-day operations of the South West region, ensuring financial and operational targets are met.
- Leading, coaching and supporting both field and office staff. You will provide motivation and support to enable them to deliver a high standard of service to customers.
- Building, growing and maintaining regional customer relationships, undertaking regular customer account review meetings and developing new opportunities within the region.
- Managing Service Technicians to ensure budgetary targets are achieved.
- Managing and improving data management and process system in conjunction with the IT team.
- Working with contracts department to provide resolution for warranty and contractual queries.

What do you need to have?
- You will have previous experience in successfully managing teams in a customer facing environment.
- You will be able to work to operational and financial KPIs, and possess a sound understanding of financial metrics such as operating costs, profits etc.
- You will have a proven ability to motivate, coach and lead teams.
- You will have experience of growing and maintaining customer relationships, as well as converting new sales opportunities.
- You will be comfortable interpreting and analysing data, with the ability to problem solve and make recommendations to ensure continuous improvement.
- A full UK driving licence with flexibility to working hours due to requirement to travel.
Other bits you need to know
Salary: up to £46,000 per annum (dependant on experience)
Hours: Core office hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm (with flexibility as needed)
