We are working with a high-end luxury provider for elderly care homes who are looking for a Regional Support Manager to cover a group of Nursing homes across the Midlands. You will be joining a medium-sized company who are looking to grow the portfolio. As a Regional Support Manager, you will be Responsible for:
- Provide operational, quality support, guidance, and leadership.
- Ensure high standards of care for Residents in care homes.
- Utilize experience and strong leadership qualities.
- Work across all care homes.
- Provide individual focus and support to Home Managers.
- Ensure the highest clinical and performance standards.
- Support day-to-day operations and CQC inspections.
- Assist with internal audits, investigations, and compliance.
To apply for this Regional Support Manager role, you'll be a qualified RGN with a valid NMC pin number, you will also have:
- At least 5 years' experience as a Home Manager (Nursing)
- A demonstrable track record of CQC compliance as a registered care home manager
- An NVQ in social care management
- Experience overseeing multiple sites.
