Job Overview
Florin Healthcare are excited to be working with a well-respected small care provider to find a Regional Support Manager for their business. The role will involve supporting the Regional Manager in day-to-day activities covering a portfolio of homes across the Teesside Area. As the Regional Support Manager, you will be supporting home managers on a daily basis to give them support and guidance and making sure the homes are operating as best as they can.
Candidate Requirements
- To be successful in this position, you must have worked as a Manager in the Elderly care sector previously. You can currently be a Home Manager ready to step up or a Regional Support Manager looking to change businesses.
- You must have solid knowledge of CQC regulations and guidelines.
- You should also have experience working withing elderly cares services that have nursing care within them and be comfortable working with clinical professionals.
- Have excellent communication skills to be able to communicate with various stakeholders within the business
- Must be Clinically Qualified with a Pin or lapsed PIN
- Driver’s license
Salary
£50,000 per annum + Benefits
Location
This role is based in the North East and covers Middlesborough, Durham and Sunderland.
