Working in partnership with Oak View Group (OVG), Rhubarb Hospitality Collection are looking for an exceptional Training Manager to join us and take ownership of the delivery of opening training for over 1500 hospitality staff and lead their continuous development.

With a broad spectrum of hospitality team members joining Co-op Live you’ll be responsible for making sure each of them is trained, confident and ready to shine from opening night in kitchens, restaurants, bars or while leading teams.

Following the successful arena launch through 2024 and beyond you’ll be key in driving development within the team and managers and helping to expand Rhubarb’s Co-op Live academy.    You’ll understand how to get the best from a team and you’ll have a proven track record of inspiring a culture of learning.

You’ll need to have previous experience of creating a variety of successful learning solutions for a large-scale hospitality group with an understanding of how to deliver at scale and replicate content across a multi-brand business. You’ll be confident delivering to large numbers, both in person and digitally and be comfortable in prioritising and deliver multiple projects while being flexible and adapting to change. An understanding of both compliance and great service is a must and experience of building e-learning and online content is advantageous.

Alongside supporting the team in Manchester you’ll be involved with the wider group delivery of Rhubarb training content. This will involve frequent travel to London and other UK sites in future. Working closely with the Manchester team and Rhubarb’s Head of L&D you’ll have the support of both RHC and the wider OVG group and all the L&D resource that comes within (plus a fantastic people team) to ensure you have everything you need to succeed.
