Register and Timetabling Officer

Based at St. Albans Campus with occasional travel to Welwyn Garden City Key Duties: To take day to day responsibility for co-ordinating the entry and maintenance of timetabling and register/student participation data in the College MIS. Contributing to the operational effectiveness of the MIS & Exams department. To have a detailed working knowledge of the College MIS To ensure compliance with all funding body, Data Service and Information Authority regulation, specification, and advice. Please refer to Job Description for details. Required Skills Level 3 ITQ / Business Administration qualification or substantial experience in a similar role. Experience working in a busy office environment. Experience of effective scheduling of business activities. Experience of processing, analysing, and interpreting complex data.
