• Collaborating with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and maintain comprehensive care plans.
• Providing supervision and guidance to junior staff, fostering a supportive work environment.
• Cultivating strong relationships with residents, understanding their preferences and needs throughout each day.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Registered Nurse status with the NMC.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred, though support is available for newly qualified staff.
