Work Flexibility
At Randstad we can offer a work pattern that suits you and your lifestyle. You can work anything from 1 shift a week to full-time contracts. The shifts we offer can be flexible around your schedule and match the work life balance you desire with day shifts from 08:00-20:00 and night shifts from 20:00-08:00.
Competitive and Clear Pay Rates:
- Monday to Friday Day Shift: £31.10 per hour
- Saturday Day Shift: £40.43 per hour
- Sunday Day and Night Shift: £49.75 per hour
- Monday to Saturday Night Shift: £40.43 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Provide high quality care in a professional and caring manner
- Administer medications and treatments
- Work collaboratively with health care teams to ensure the highest level of care is provided
- Ensure patient safety is a priority long with their psychological and physical needs
- Monitor patients well being and maintain accurate records
- Build relationships with patients and their families with a focus on their well being
Requirements:
- Valid NMC registration and PIN
- Minimum of 12 months post qualified work experience
- Strong attention to detail and high quality clinical skills
- Great interpersonal skills and proactive communication abilities
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team.
