About Birchwood Children's Service
We provide residential care and education for children and young people with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), learning difficulties, physical disabilities, complex needs with associated challenging behaviours, and social emotional behavioural difficulties (SEBD).
Your Mission as Super Manager
Champion Quality: Lead the team to deliver the highest standards of care and ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations. Inspire and Lead: Oversee day-to-day operations, safeguard the well-being of children, and contribute to the growth of our services. Empower Your Team: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of children. What Makes You the Super Manager We're Looking For?
Leadership Legend: You have a proven track record of leading and managing teams in regulated childcare settings. Qualifications Powerhouse: You hold a relevant childcare or management qualification (NVQ Level 5 or equivalent).
