At HCC-Temps, we supply all grades of staff to the healthcare sector ranging from healthcare assistants, support workers, registered nurses, chefs, kitchen assistants, and catering assistants in various hospitals and care home locations across the UK.

Whether you are looking for 1, 2, or 5 shifts per week, we'll work around your schedule.
The desired candidate would live anywhere in Leeds, preferably in Oakwood.
Duties:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behaviour
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care
- Educate patients and their families on disease processes, medications, and self-care techniques
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
Qualifications:
- Valid NMC PIN
- Degree in Nursing
- Proven experience as a Registered Nurse in a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients
Skills:
- Proficient in patient care techniques, including vital signs monitoring, wound care, and medication administration
- Ability to assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Knowledge of medical equipment operation and maintenance
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Advance patient assessment skills
- Excellent communication listening and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrates reflective and critical thinking skills
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Good organisational and prioritization skills
