SalaryEmergency Personnel is currently seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team at a care home in Worcester. We have a significant number of shifts available for both day and night schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Monitor and assess resident health status, reporting any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for residents.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans are implemented effectively.
Requirements:
- Valid nursing license (RN) and registration with the relevant regulatory body.
- PEG and Epilepsy competency.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
