Registered General Nurse - Minimum 3 years' experience.

Location: Swansea (Must be living in the UK)

Position:Registered General Nurse (RGN Qualified)

Hours: Full time

12 Hour Shifts: Days or Nights or a Mixture available, Subject to availability.

Salary: up to £23 per hour / Up to £52,624 per year (based on 44-hour contract)

Contract: Permanent

A fantastic opportunity for an Experienced RGN to progress within a reputable Nursing Home.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Home Manager to foster staff well-being and support staff development.
• Develop proficiency in managing a shift.
• Effectively and responsibly execute nursing care for patients.
• Conduct initial patient assessments, document needs on care plans, and plan, deliver, and evaluate care programs from admission.
• Maintaining accurate and complete health care records and reports
• Administering medications to patients and monitoring them for side effects / reactions
• Prescribing assistive medical devices and related treatments
• To be able to supervise, develop and teach other care team members.
