We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join a company as the Registered Head of Care for a new service in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire.
Role Overview:
As the Registered Head of Care, you will play a pivotal role in the establishment and management of the new service. Working closely with a dedicated team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care that meets the unique needs of each child. This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication skills and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of Care.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the care team to provide exceptional support to children with complex needs and learning disabilities.
Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring individualised care and support.
Maintain compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
Foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes the well-being and independence of each child.
Provide leadership and guidance to the care team, promoting continuous professional development and a culture of excellence.
Establish effective communication channels with families, guardians, and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
Level 5 Diploma in children and young people, or equivalent
Proven experience in managing care services for children with complex needs and learning disabilities.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and standards.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams.
