This client is seeking a qualified and compassionate Registered Home Manager to lead a five-bed residential home in the heart of Ilford, East London.

Key Requirements:

• NVQ/SVQ, QCF Level 5 award, or QCF Level 4 award with a diploma in Care Management.
• Proven experience in a managerial role within a challenging behaviour environment.
• Previous experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs.

Responsibilities:

• As a Registered Home Manager, you will be responsible for:
• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of our five-bed residential home.
• Providing leadership, guidance, and support to our dedicated care team.
• Ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care to residents.
• Collaborating with external agencies and stakeholders to enhance the care and support provided.
• Implementing and maintaining policies and procedures to meet regulatory standards.
