Registered Intellectual Disabilities Nurse

Job Description: As an RNID joining our client's team, you will play a key role in providing person-centered care to individuals with Intellectual Disabilities. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients' needs.
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Providing guidance and support to patients and their families.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care delivery.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Requirements:

• NMBI registration as a Registered Nurse - Intellectual Disabilities (RNID).
• Full, clean Irish driving license is essential for this role.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in Intellectual Disabilities settings is desirable but not essential.
