Leaders in Care UK has an exciting opportunity for a Registered Manager to join our client's inclusive and welcoming team for their 9 bedded home on the beach. This full-time Registered Manager role is based in Cornwall and offers a salary of 40,000 p/a and excellent benefits.
As a Registered Manager, you will monitor and support the delivery of person-centred services to all people using our service within your defined area. You will also ensure effective financial administration of the services delivered, through the effective deployment of staff and budgets. Your role as Registered Manager will be to ensure the smooth running and the allocation and management of staff.

- The overall operation of services, ensuring the smooth running and the allocation and management of staff
- The delivery of excellent operational services, regularly supervising the Team Leaders
To apply, you will need to be experienced in social care management and the CQC Framework and possess excellent knowledge of Health Services and Legislation. You will also need to have:
- Experience in motivating and motivating staff to achieve good outcomes in a team achieving good outcomes
- A proven track record of improving and developing services for people with disabilities
- The ability to be reliable and dedicated
