As a Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of person-centred care to residents living with dementia. You will be responsible for the overall management and operation of the nursing home, ensuring the highest standards of care, safety, and well-being for our residents.
In your first few weeks in this Registered Manager role, you can expect to:Provide effective leadership and management of the nursing homeOversee the development and implementation of individual care plans for residents with dementiaEnsure compliance with all relevant regulations and standardsRecruit, train, and mentor a team of dedicated healthcare professionalsMonitor and evaluate the quality of care and continuously seek opportunities for improvement
