REGISTERED MANAGER CHILDREN RESIDENTIAL OFSTED

Paramount Children Care Holdings are currently recruiting for a Registered Manager for a 2 BED LD Home that is opening up in Wolverhampton.
You will be experienced Registered Manager who has experience of working with Children Residential Homes and ensuring positive outcomes for young people are met.
To ensure that the Home meets the standards and expectations of its Statement of Purpose. To safeguard and promote the welfare of children and to ensure that the quality of care provided is consistent with the Children Homes Regulations 2015 and the Quality Care Standards
Role and Responsibilities
To deliver on the content of the Certificate of Registration and the Statement of purpose for the establishment. To protect children and young people from risks to their health, welfare and normal development, both inside and outside the home. Manage the home in accordance with Statement Purpose Leading the staff team within the home Ensuring positive outcomes for young people are met Working with professionals and stakeholders Qualifications
QCF Level 3 Children and Young People QCF Level 5 Children and Young People FULL UK Driving Licence Job Type: Full-time
Salary: 50,000.00- 55,000.00 per year
