CQC Registered Manager required for "GOOD" rated home in the Bristol area. The service provides a homely supported living and learning environment for young adults aged 19+ with severe and complex learning difficulties and challenging behavior.
The service can support 7/8 users.
As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the operational day-to-day management of the service, ensuring continued compliance with relevant legislation. Working in partnership with colleagues in the senior management team and your wider Aurora colleagues; you will drive the provision of a high quality service enabling individual needs and organisational priorities to be met in accordance with available resources.
Required:
- Attained or Working towards QCF Level 5 Diploma.
- DSL training
- Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social care, or equivalent
- First Aid.
- Considerable management experience relevant to the residential care of clients within a CQC home
