Registered Manager

My client is a leading care provider within the Northwest and is part of one of the largest homecare companies in the country. Recently, they have received a £100,000 investment into a brand-new office, enhancing their already strong reputation. This business operates under one of the largest, reputable, and respected brands in Europe, with a robust 50-year business plan for care in the UK.
The role:

• Oversee the operations of service providing close to several thousand hours of care per week
• Responsible for the efficient delivery of excellent service in care delivery operations whilst looking to grow the business further
• Achieve and maintain high quality service to comply with all legislative requirements from local authority
• Take responsibility for minimizing and managing risk and ensure risk management issues are identified and handled appropriately
• Play a lead role in investigation procedures in respect of employee and care issues and always ensure full compliance with any health and safety regulations

Relevant experience:

• Achieved a minimum of NVQ level 3
• Have experience within social care
• Must have experience of Strategic Planning
• Worked with CQC
• Good people person who can lead a team
• Track record of providing excellent care
• Ability to grow a service
• Experience in managing a large team and extensive care hours is highly desirable

Bonus:

• Salary: £50,000 - £55,000
