7 bedded residential service for adults with learning and physical disabilities.

The Role:

To deliver an outstanding services maintaining quality and compliance within CQC regulations whilst leading the team to provide a safe, happy and inspirational environment.

Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team seeking to continuously improve quality, you will establish positive relationships with the parents and carers of the residents in your care as well as external professionals, including healthcare professionals and social workers.

You will need to have meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in documentation and care plans to maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

• Level 5 qualification in leadership in health and social care
• Driving licence
• Prior experience within a management role
