Salary: £40,000 per annum

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent, 40hrs

Quality Care Recruit is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead a well-established residential care home, part of a larger group of homes, in the beautiful Leicestershire countryside. Our client is a reputable care provider that values delivering exceptional standards of person-centred care in a warm and welcoming environment with room for approximately 30 residents and a staff team of approximately 40.  This home proudly currently holds a “Good” CQC rating.

The Role of Registered Manager: As the Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality of care is provided to your residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing all aspects of the home's operation, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and industry best practices.
• Creating and implementing exceptional care plans tailored to the needs of each resident.
• Building and motivating a dedicated care team, fostering a culture of respect and continuous development.
• Managing budgets, resources, and staffing levels effectively.
• Engaging with residents, families, and external stakeholders to build strong relationships.

The Ideal Candidate to become Registered Manager:

• Held a previous registration with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
• Possesses a deep understanding of care standards and regulations.
• Demonstrates a passion for providing outstanding person-centred care.
• Excels in leadership, with the ability to inspire and support a team.
• Exhibits strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
