Your new company:
A family-run, elderly focussed, residential care home in Ipswich. Our clients operate a residential care home located in Ipswich, known for their friendly atmosphere. They are proud to be rated 'Good' by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and their mission is to provide high-quality care to their residents in a warm and welcoming environment.
Your new role:
The Registered Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the care home. This includes but is not limited to:

• Ensuring the highest standard of care is consistently provided for all residents.
• Managing and leading a team of care professionals.
• Ensuring compliance with all CQC regulations and maintaining a 'Good' rating.
• Developing strong relationships with residents, families, and staff.
• Overseeing the recruitment, training, and development of staff.
• Managing budgets and ensuring the efficient operation of the care home.

What you\'ll need to succeed:

• Previous experience in a managerial role within a care home setting.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of CQC standards and regulations.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage a team effectively.
• Would suit a deputy or assistant manager looking to step up and take on a registration.
