Registered Mental Health Nurse

We are recruiting for Registered Mental Health Nurses to join our experienced and dedicated team for our Acute Mental Health Unit.

Grove Park is a luxury purpose built facility, benefiting from the latest safety and technology features and has been designed to a very high specification.

Whether you have previous experience working as a Nurse within the NHS or have Mental Health experience in a private hospital or are recently qualified and would like to be part of shaping the future, we would very much welcome hearing from you, in anticipation of this exciting new project.

We are looking for driven, dynamic nurses who can demonstrate the following …

• A commitment to providing patient-centred care in an acute Mental Health setting.
• A dedication to provide values-based and evidence-based practice in a therapeutic environment.
• Ability to develop therapeutic relationships, work collaboratively, optimising patient engagement.
• Produce comprehensive care plans and detailed clinical risk assessments in collaboration with the patient and multi-disciplinary team.
• Demonstrate an understanding of the regulatory frameworks including MCA & MHA
• Working towards leading shifts as well as mentoring and supporting student nurses and other members of the team.
• Follow all professional codes of conduct, standards and legislation, respecting the rights of others and promoting ethical practice.
• Hold a relevant nursing qualification and NMC registration.
• Possess excellent team working skills, a high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach.
• The drive to continually push your own personal learning and development.

Salary dependent on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to £42,000.00 per year

• 12 hour shift
• Day shift
• Night shift
• Weekend availability
