SalaryHatfield Nursing Home provides 118 en-suite bedrooms, a cinema room, pub, retro sweet shop, cafe area, hairdressing salon and a large, enclosed wheel-chair friendly garden for residents to enjoy. The large communal garden is landscaped with several seating areas. Each resident at Hatfield Nursing Home receives personalised care, ensuring they live an enjoyable and fulfilling life at their new home.

What does the role involve?
- Achieve a high standard of care.
- Leading the care team to deliver outcomes for the people that we support
- Maintain effective communications, both verbal and written, making accurate reports on residents and inform other members of the senior care team of day to day changes.
- Wound management
- Ensure that care procedures are carried out according to policy.
- Be responsible for the ordering, administration and recording of medicines according to policy and statutory requirements.
- Provide appropriate personal care for residents e.g., washing and dressing and toileting
- Provide physical, emotional and spiritual comfort.
- Assessment of perspective clients/residents.
- Participate fully in the training and development of all grades of staff.
- Assist Manager to work within agreed budgets - Mainly Deputy Manager responsibilities
