This role offers a competitive hourly rate of up to 20.04, depending on your experience. You'll be joining an established team of mental health experts, providing high-quality nursing care and long-term rehabilitation for individuals with severe mental health difficulties. As a Registered General Nurse or Mental Health Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating the planning and implementation of patient care
- Developing and coordinating one-on-one or group therapeutic activities
- Managing aspects of medication management in line with Trust and NMC guidelines
- Participating in clinical review meetings
- Promoting, fostering, and ensuring good working relationships
- Adhering to all NMC, CQC and local authority standards and guidelines
- Acting as an advocate for our patients and residents

The ideal person for the Registered General Nurse or Mental Health Nurse role will:
