Ward 17 is an 18 bedded unit specialising in Trauma and Orthopaedic Admissions. Our focus is person centred care whilst aiming to provide a high-quality service in a safe environment where the needs of each patient are cared for in a professional and holistic manner. The ward is supported by a multi-disciplinary team, including AHPs, discharge co-ordinators and a frailty team where daily board rounds are an integral part of the work plan to set plans for discharge. You will also have access to a dedicated orthopaedic clinical educator who will support you in your learning journey.
We are looking for an RN who is registered on sub-part 1 of the UK NMC Register. We are looking for you to have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively within a team-based environment providing high quality of care whilst embracing the learning and development opportunity.
You must be registered on Sub-part 1: RN1 or RNA or Sub-part 2: RN2 of the UK NMC Register

Hours of work are: 1 X 37.5 hours per week & 1 X 30 Hours per week (Hours can be negotiated over a 7-day period with internal rotation.)
