Induction and Further Training
- Registered Nurses are offered a structured and thorough induction programme, including various training courses and shadow shifts for smooth introduction.
- Access to structured development programmes with clear progression pathways within the Care Home.
- Additional training opportunities to develop and enhance nursing skills with ongoing support from management.
Our Ideal Candidate...
- A Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with a valid NMC pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK.
- Compassionate, caring and dedicated to providing the highest standards of care for our residents.
- Is committed to their own personal development and growth, as well as the development of our home.
- Previous elderly care/dementia experience
