Role:

As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you'll provide exceptional care to our residents. It's all about looking after their physical, psychological and social needs to help us deliver the quality of care they deserve.

We'll look to you to create a safe and supportive environment for residents with range of physical and mental needs, whilst also relying on your professional judgement to make critical clinical decisions. You will become a champion in assessing and care planning for specific clinical requirements by providing holistic health assessments and triaging Resident's needs.

Training and Development :
The Care Home offers a structured and thorough induction programme, which will include various e-learning training courses and shadow shifts before nurses get started. Registered Nurse ( RGN/RMN/RNLD ) will also have access to clear and structured development programmes where nurses can see clear pathways to progression within the Care Home and company.
