37.5 hours per week.
In partnership with Cpl our client is currently recruiting for a Registered General Nurse into the Day Care Unit.
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering high quality patient care.
The Day Care Unit predominantly caters for patient’s pre and post Endoscopy procedures.
The position would suit a self-motivated person with an ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Job Requirements:
- Registration in the General Division of the live register of nurses kept by the NMBI.
- Competent in Venipuncture and Cannulation is desirable.
- 12 months recent acute hospital experience is desirable.
- Strong clinical and communication skills are required.
Role Responsibilities:
- Telephone pre assessment of Endoscopy patients
- Ensure a high standard of care is always maintained.
- Pre and post procedure care of Endoscopy patients.
- To communicate effectively with patients and families.
- To ensure all documentation relating to patients is accurately maintained in accordance with the medical records policy.
- To practice within and support the Bon Secours Mission and Values, policies, procedures, guidelines, and new initiatives as directed / introduced by the hospital.
