The home cares for a maximum of 31 service users and offers palliative, respite and elderly care. The enthusiastic clinical team prioritise the residents that they care for and take the time to understand their individual needs in order to provide the highest standard of care.

Requirements:

* NMC Registration

* Excellent communication skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Must have a commitment to resident safety and care

* Empathetic and Compassionate

* Desire to make a difference in your residents' lives

* Ability to remain professional

Responsibilities:

* Provide direct resident care

* Administer medications

* Develop care plans

* Document resident information

* Provide emotional support to residents and their family members

* Ensure that appropriate individual care is given to each resident in accordance with the care plans.
