POW is a fast paced General Medical ward that is looking to recruit enthusiastic nurses to join our friendly and supportive team., , The post holder is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of evidenced-based nursing care, working collaboratively and cooperatively with others to meet the needs of patients/families., , Assist in the management and organization of their clinical area and participating in the education, development and supervision of other staff , , The unit works closely with all members of the MDT focusing on effective and safe discharge of our patients. We provide the unique opportunity to work within different areas to develop and extend skills and knowledge in a supported environment. The areas include the Rehabilitation Unit, Community Hospitals, District Nursing and Community Resource Team.
