This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to join their friendly Surgical Ward on a permanent basis. The hospital boasts modern and state-of-the-art facilities and offers world class care to their patients. The role is working on a 28 bedded orthopaedic ward and is a great opportunity for a Registered Nurse to work across a variety of specialities. This versatile service offers a range of procedures including hip replacements, total and hemi knee replacements, spinal surgery, feet, and and shoulder surgery. The surgical team are looking for a motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join them and the role offers fantastic opportunity for career progression.
Duties and responsibilities
You will be working as a Registered Nurse on the Surgical Ward and will be responsible for the following;
- Support in assessing patients health and well being across a complex and changing caseload
- Assist in the delivery of care to meet the patients needs
- Actively promote best practice
- Contribute to quality improvements
- Provide person centred care to every patient
- Working and communicating well with the team
Who we're looking for
- Be NMC registered RGN - your pin must not have any restrictions or conditions
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK
- At least 2 years UK experience in a surgical setting
- Able to showcase excellent patients care
- Strong communication skills
- Flexible and eager to learn
