Hays Healthcare is working with Britain's leading provider of independent healthcare with a nationwide network of hospitals & clinics, performing more complex surgery than any other private healthcare provider in the country.We are looking to recruit a Registered Nurse to join the team on the Wards.
Your new role

This is a full time role at 37.5 hours a week across flexible shift patterns, covering rotation across days and nights.

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for:

• Providing high quality nursing care to patients across a range of services
• Leading a team of healthcare professionals and ensuring effective communication and collaboration
• Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care plans and interventions
• Maintaining accurate and comprehensive records and documentation
• Adhering to the NMC Code of Accountability and other relevant policies and procedures
• Participating in clinical audits, research and quality improvement initiatives
• Undertaking continuous professional development and training.
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Valid NMC Registration
• Evidence of relevant clinical professional development
• Up-to-date knowledge in area of practice
• Awareness of NMC Code of Accountability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and cope with pressure
• Flexibility to work across flexible shift patterns, covering rotation across days and night
