We offer a range of contracts including both full and part time hours.
Your key responsibilities will include to following:
· As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high quality specialist dementia, health and social care to our residents.
· Provision of high-quality nursing and dementia care to our residents.
· Leading and motivating a professional and efficient team of staff in the provision of health and social care to our residents.
· Ensuring that all necessary standards are maintained in compliance with company policy and all necessary regulated activities.
· The ability to maintain a homely atmosphere and create a dignified environment.
· Day shift hours are typically 7.45am – 8.00pm
Professional requirements:
- To be named on the Nursing and Midwifery Council Register as an active practitioner and have their registration up to date.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development to support good practice and lead in service delivery.
- Legal right to work in the UK
