An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Nursing Associate to join the Paediatric Intensive Care team. You will be responsible for competently providing safe and effective care with minimal supervision to children on PICU. You will work, independently under the leadership of a Registered Nurse, operating within the sphere of nursing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating programs of care. You will communicate effectively, with sensitivity and compassion, and manage relationships with parents, families and staff making reasonable adjustments where necessary.

You will be responsible for completing any work based training and associated competencies required for this role.
