Cureyoursearch is seeking an exceptional Registered Care Home Manager to join a well-established, person-centered care provider. In this exciting role, you'll take the lead in driving a thriving care home to even greater heights.
This opportunity is perfect for:
- Experienced Registered Managers, Care Home Managers, or Nursing Home Managers seeking a new challenge.
- Experienced Deputy Managers who feel ready for progession.
- Individuals who thrive in collaborative environments with dedicated support from a clinical lead, deputy manager, and administrative teams.
To be successful, you'll possess:
- A minimum of 2 years' leadership experience in a care setting.
- The ability to excel in both independent and team-based work.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for providing outstanding care to the elderly.

The interview process for this role will be two stage.
Stage one – Informal meeting.
Stage two – Face to face meeting at the home.
