A new position has arisen with an award-winning care provider, to manage a number of their Supported Living services in Edinburgh and The Lothians.
You will have a passion for care, and making a real difference to people's lives. Your experience will include supervising & motivating teams, overseeing quality and compliance, and ensuring the people you support receive the best possible levels of care. There are a number of deputy managers in post to support you, and an effective stable staff team is in place. You will be mobile, overseeing the services across Edinburgh and the surrounding areas, with around 1500 hours of care being delivered in the area.
Applications are welcomed from existing Registered Managers, but if you are an experienced Service Manager or Care Manager with solid knowledge of Care Inspectorate standards, you will be fully supported to go through the registration process.
This will be highly rewarding, as well as you receiving a structured, personalised training plan, you will be making a real difference to the adults you are supporting who are living with complex care needs and learning disabilities. Your efforts will ensure they have as much independence as possible.
