Job description

The NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) is the main processing facility and centre of excellence for payment, reimbursement, remuneration and reconciliation for NHS Dental Practitioners, Pharmacists, NHS Pensions, and other affiliated parties.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registration Team Member to work within Overseas Healthcare Services (OHS).

The post holder will be responsible for processing applications for reciprocal healthcare entitlement documents and providing an excellent level of customer service. Team members will have SMART targets to achieve to ensure the service KPIs are met. Applicants should have excellent team working and communications skills.

The post holder will be responsible for processing applications for reciprocal healthcare entitlement documents and providing an excellent level of customer service. Team members will have SMART targets to achieve to ensure the service KPIs are met. Applicants should have excellent team working and communications skills.
The post holder will be expected to work collaboratively with managers, policy teams and other operational team members to ensure that all services are delivered to the highest of standards.
It is an office-based post, however in line with the NHSBSA’s current hybrid working arrangements; successful candidates will have the option to work from home or the office but will be required to attend the office when requested.
