Regulatory Administrator

Salary: 31,000 to 33,000 per annum plus bonus and Veolia benefits
Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: Hybrid - in the office for 2 - 3 days a week, Tidworth, SP9 7AW

What you'll be doing;

• Responsible for all contract administration tasks relating to the Tidworth regulated water business.
  
• General administrative support to the Senior Contract Manager and Commercial and Developer Services Manager.
  
• Monitoring multiple mailboxes and responding to regulatory communication (e.g. from Ofwat, the Environment Agency, and the Drinking Water Inspectorate), and coordinating timely responses.
  
• Collating and formatting reports.
  
• Keeping the regulatory diary and ensuring all regulatory deadlines are met.
  
• Maintain progress records and technical data logs including progress through the Developer Services process, new water meter installations, rainfall data and groundwater level information.
  

What we're looking for;

• At least 1 year's experience in a similar administration role
  
• Experience working in a water company or other regulated industry/environment would be beneficial.
  
• Experience with technical data and reports
  
• Proficient IT skills
  
• Excellent communication and time management skills
  
• Previous experience interacting with wide range of stakeholders at all levels
