A prestigious legal firm in Manchester is seeking a Senior Associate to join their Crime & Regulatory team. This role is ideal for an accomplished Regulatory Lawyer with a strong technical background. The team represents charities, public sector organizations, SMEs, and individuals in various regulatory disputes. Key areas of work include:

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have:
- Extensive experience as a Regulatory Lawyer with a proven history of technical expertise; advocacy experience is advantageous.
- Background in handling insurance claims, particularly legal expenses insurance and liability insurance claims.
- Experience in criminal litigation is preferable but not essential.
- Strong client management and practice development skills.
- Ability to attract and develop new business.
- Excellent client care and communication skills, both written and oral.
- High attention to detail and accurate case management abilities.
- Ability to interact positively and cooperatively with team members.
