Regulatory Manager
£50,000+ dependent on experience

Blush & Bloom is exclusively partnered with a leading, established beauty company that has an exciting opportunity for someone ready to take on a new challenge. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a cosmetics regulatory function, with expertise in various foreign regulatory markets such as the EU, UK, US, Canada, Australia, India, and more.
This role would be ideal for someone looking to step up into a role where they'd be responsible for managing the regulatory function.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide formulation advice for various foreign territories and approve after NPD approval.
Write and review INCI lists.
Complete and review artwork request forms, and check/approve final artworks before printing.
Upload data to CPNP and FDA databases.
Apply for CPSRs and compile PIFs.
Maintain the EU RP database with compliance partners.
Ensure compliance with PETA certification and vegan criteria.
Update and maintain supplier certifications (ISO, GMP, Code of Ethics, etc.).
Educate suppliers on Black List requirements.
Manage global retailer registration requirements (e.g., Russia, India, UAE).
Review marketing briefs and press releases for accurate claims.
Organise claims testing with NPD and liaise with testing houses.
Manage recalls and adverse reaction records.
Ensure quality control of incoming products.
Key Requirements:
Experience within a similar role within cosmetics regulatory.
Experience with CPSRs, PIFs, and INCI lists.
Up to date with global regulatory changes.
Ability to support NPD, marketing, and sales teams with product claims.
Skilled in approving formulations based on ingredient, claims, and regulatory knowledge.
Motivated, organised, and proactive in learning and educating the team on regulations.
